eBay’s Corporate Malfeasance

I have to write about what's going on at eBay.

It breaks my heart to see corporate malfeasance at this scale.

Devin is now implicated directly and spent a lot of resources to take down a simple newsletter and to ruin the lives of journalists. Imagine if they had tried to do this to the Wall Street Journal? It's sickening.

As far as I'm concerned, the eBay Board is implicated in this now as well. The company needs to be sold off, and soon.

To let Devin go with his golden parachute is basically criminal. I will also say this: it is extremely unlikely that for someone with this kind of vendetta, this was the only person they targeted this way.

Victor Castro chimed in to warn “Just sit tight, there will likely be a lawsuit from shareholders for securities fraud due to the lack of disclosure. The board is definitely complicit, and how much did they tell Jamie about it before taking the job? It’s a wild story.”

This goes beyond a wild story. When was the last Fortune 500 company you know that was the subject of an FBI investigation? Enron?

More will come out. And there are more shoes to drop as more information comes out.

No, I don't know anything, but it's simple logic.
